Laura Lío, a Buenos Aires-born artist and scholar with a PhD in Fine Arts, is recognized for her dynamic contributions to visual arts, literature, and interdisciplinary projects. Founder of PEZPLATA Editions, she explores the synergy between poets and artists. In 2022, she published "Esporas," a poetry book, and in 2023, "Shelters of Body and Imagination," an essay on Biomimicry in Art and Architecture. Over 30 years, Laura's diverse practice spans sculpture, drawings, installations, and poetry with sound, often responding to architectural and social contexts.
