Blanca Muñoz Gonzalo
Blanca Muñoz (Madrid, 1963) is a Spanish sculptor and printmaker. She studied Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. Additionally, she has been awarded scholarships by the Government of Italy at the Calcografia Nazionale and by the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome. Muñoz has received numerous awards in printmaking and sculpture, including the National Printmaking Award, the First Prize for Printmaking Máximo Ramos, and the First Prize for Printmaking Carmen Arozena in Madrid. She has participated in numerous solo exhibitions in various galleries such as Galería Malborough, Baunkunst Galerie in Cologne, and Galerie Minimasterpiece in Paris, among others. Her work is also displayed in institutions like the National Library of Spain, the Reina Sofía National Art Center Museum, the National Prado Museum, and the Spanish Museum of Contemporary Printmaking in Marbella.
